Studio Policies

ALL CLIENTS are required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

LATE POLICY: If you are more than (10 minutes) late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your 50% down. You will be able to reschedule your appointment at our earliest convenience. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment, you will forfeit your 50% down. If you need to reschedule your appointment - please call or do so online before the 24hr window. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your appointment under the 24hr window (same day) know that your deposit will not transfer and you will have to pay a new deposit for a new appointment. Appointments with more than 60 minutes worth of services will only be able to reschedule once, even if you are in our "24 hour" window. Social media is not an accepted way to make an appointment, reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please do not use these methods to contact us. 

NO CALL NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your appointment to the card on file. You will also be required to prepay the full amount of future services. If the card on file is declined, you will no longer be able to book with any service provider at Hello, Sugar. We will attempt to send you an invoice to recover the lost funds in the event that the card does not work.

Please understand that these policies help protect our business and our employees. 

When you book an appointment, you are required to sign this form outlining our policies and by signing this form you accept all our policies and liabilities.  

Be sure to have at least 2 weeks of hair growth before your service (about the length of a grain of rice.) If your hair is not long enough for the service to be performed, you will be charged 100% of the cost of service.

 

 

Gift Certificates:

Please call to schedule your gift certificate service or check-out using the code on the back of your certificate. 

Gift certificates are non-redeemable after the expiration date of 6 months after purchase. You are not required to pay a deposit on your gifted service - However, if you  A) do not show up to your scheduled appointment, B) cancel/request to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or C) arrive too late past the appointment start time for the service to be performed (10mins), we will take a 30% fee off your gift certificate for the time and service that you missed. 

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders:
You will receive an email and/or text confirmation at the time of booking, a confirmation request 72 hours before your appointment and an email and/or text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Extra Guest Policy: No one is allowed to come with you to your service. This means no additional people in the waiting room or treatment room. If additional people are brought in they will be asked to leave. While we love children, they cannot accompany our guests for treatments and wait in the lobby or be allowed in the treatment room. We respectfully ask that you make proper arrangements for your children. We appreciate your support and understanding of our policies. This ensures a quiet and relaxing place for our guest receiving services.  If something comes up with childcare please call us at least 24hrs in advance and we can reschedule your session. 

This does not apply to minors that have scheduled treatments with our service providers.
